    • Helped lead the technical deployment of o9 to enhance the SIOP culture across 150+ facilities. The result was higher quality deliverables and increased customer satisfaction.

    • Increased data accuracy, visibility and ownership by implementing 10+ integrations from source to target leveraging o9.

    • Collaborated managing o9 Supply Planning/Demand Planning/IBP modules from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budget constraints.

    • Mentored colleagues, team members and service integrators, providing guidance on best practices and fostering professional growth within the organization.

    • Owned process opportunities for organizational activities ranging from MRP through to Billing within SAP. This resulted in a reduction of redundancies and waste across 10+ facilities.

    • Facilitated training sessions for staff and broader ISC Organization across North America, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

    • Collaborated with leadership to drive strategy and implement new processes within SAP ECC/TM/EM/EWM/APO procedures across North America which successfully anchored adoption.

    • Actively sought after within the business to support and lead projects related to new product launches, breakthrough process design, facility set up and enhanced vendor relationships.

    • Streamlined global business processes by identifying inefficiencies in integration gaps related to SAP ECC/TM/EM/EWM APO. This was done by implementing targeted improvements through configuration and mapping adjustments.

    • Streamlined front end UI experience and EDI mapping by owning and deploying 6 unique transportation mapping types to 100+ transportation vendors.

    • Reduced operational risks by organizing large and anomalous data for rigorous testing of requirements through to UAT Business sign off.
